This place is Amazing! My wife is Thai and I wanted to treat her. They did not disappoint. Food was both beautiful and Delish and the owner was Kind enough to come speak to us. You need to try this place!
Chefs kiss! We love it! The chef came to our table and said hello and gave us a complimentary piece of her coconut cake and everything was delicious. The presentation was beautiful and the service was great. Our new favorite Thai restaurant.
We've been back to Mia Bistro multiple times since it opened and it continues to impress! It's so conveniently located in the shopping center so you can stop by after you're done shopping or after catching a movie. It's always difficult to pick what to get from the menu each time because it all sounds so good. My favorite items continue to be the crab fried rice, som tum (papaya salad), and Thai custard dessert. We've also had their Pad Kee Mao and Lad Na (chef's special noodle dish in gravy) which have been so good. I love that they have Thai dishes on their menu that are hard to find at other restaurants, like the Thai custard and Lad Na. It tastes just like home. The ambiance is really nice and service has always been friendly. Mia Bistro is a great place to go for a delicious, slightly upscale lunch or dinner or to host a special event. Go check them out!
Just tried this restaurant for the first time and all we can say is WOW!! We ordered Tom Kha, fresh spring rolls, pineapple red curry, Thai basil chicken and coconut cake and everything was amazing and so authentic! We met the owner and chef Nikki and her daughter Magic. They were both so sweet. We will definitely be back - probably tomorrow!
We loved our experience. The menu had a nice selection. The food was fantastic. Everything came out fresh and hot. The Panang was AMAZING!
All the food and drinks were delicious. Service was very friendly and food was fast & fresh. I missed having authentic Thai food near by. We will be back as the Pad See Ew and Musamum Curry were delicious and worth the price.
Pork belly and dumpling apps were amazing. Pongyang Curry and chicken Pad Thai were the best i have had in North Carolina. Ended it with the young coconut cake. I don't even like coconut and i could not stop eating it. This place is amazing must. Right off I40 too.
Chef Nicky is a true magician when it comes to Thai food. The food was a solid 100/10. Favorites- Coconut cake (don’t leave without having this, Khao Soi, Penang Curry, Thai Basis Fried rice with Shrimp, drunken noodles, Namtok salad and mango sticky rice. Still drooling over how good the food was!
